In order to book an apartment please keep in mind the following simple rules.

• BOOKING
  • Please fill in and send the booking form.
  • Pay your advanced payment of 30% of the whole price by PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• GETTING INTO THE APARTMENT
  • The check-in will be after 02.00 p.m. and till 01.00 a.m. (extra cost € 25.00 for check-in between 11.00 p.m. and 01.00 a.m.).
  • Check-in after 01.00 a.m. is not allowed.
  • The check-out will be before 11.00 a.m..
  • You will find at the entrance our person in charge that will consign you the keys and give all the informations you need.
• FINAL PAYMENT
  • At your arrival in cash to our person in charge (or before your arrival by PayPal or bank transfer).
  • Deposit € 150,00 in cash at your arrival, refunded on departure.
• WHAT IS INCLUDED
  • All taxes.
  • Insurance of the apartment (baggage and your valuables are excluded).
  • Heating, electricity, water.
• IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
  • In case of cancellation of your reservation, the 30% advanced payment will be refunded only if the apartrental finds a new tenant within your same period of stay and upon the end of this stay.
